By applying the norm EN ISO 9001:2015, QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, Management board of DEKRA for temporary employment Ltd has announced the following quality policy for activities in the field of human resource management:


Nurturing a personal approach and care for employees and clients are at the core of our business. As one of our main goals is to provide our clients with a high-quality, complete range of services in human resource management, the foundation our quality policy is based on, and which would not be possible without it, primarily refers to investment in intellectual capital development. Our qualified and educated staff presents a strong foundation for our company and the support system necessary to achieve our main mission.


Our goals will definitely be measurable, achievable and focused toward future development of our business activities, as well as innovation development in human resource management with the purpose of providing the most quality service to our client. Because client satisfaction is of utmost importance, we always approach them with special care and attention, and work together on finding solutions tailored to their needs.


Taking into consideration our plan for expanding our service portfolio from human resources management to our regional branch network, we plan our company’s growth and development on local, as well as on a regional level. The plan for expanding our company's service portfolio will also be focused on the area of ​​integrated management systems according to international standards — especially in the area of education and implementation of management systems according to recent norms. These plans build on the full implementation and upgraded quality management system efficiency, which is based on requirements of international norm EN ISO 9001:2015, according to legislation of the Republic of Croatia.
